Our game rooms can be reserved for your group of 25 or larger before 4:00 PM. Order lunches ala carte or have lunch ready when you arrive by ordering from this gathering menu:

Spiced Peel and Eat Shrimp
Spiced shrimp served chilled with lemon wedges and our chipotle pepper cocktail sauce.

$14.99 per pound serves 4 or an average of a ¼ pound per person.

Kielbasa
Sliced and grilled Usinger’s Kielbasa with sauerkraut and whole grain mustard. If you like garlic, this is your sausage! $19.99 served 8-10.

Crab Rangoon
Jumbo lump crab meat rolled in a wonton wrapper the fried to a golden crisp. Served with a tangy sweet and sour barbecue sauce. Served in a chafing dish. $49.95 serves 10-15 (25 portions).

Meat and Cheese Platter
Polish Kielbasa, landjaeger sausage, an array of different cheeses, and fresh fruit served with 2 giant pretzels and sweet German mustard. $39.95 serves 8-10.

Chesapeake Crab Cakes
Small 2 oz, Chesapeake Bay style crab cakes made with fresh, jumbo lump blue crab meat served with whole grain Dijon mustard sauce. Served in a chafing dish.  $6.00 per cake, plan 2 per person.

Bacon Wrapped Quail legs
Marinated and partially boned quail legs wrapped in bacon.

$39.95 serves 10-12 (20 portions).

 

Beer-B-Que Ribs
Tender, fallin’ off the bone St. Louis cut ribs, dry-rubbed, slow cooked and basted with our malted barley beer-b-cue sauce. Pre-sliced into two-bone portions, Served in a chafing dish.  $29.95 serves 10-12.

Smoked Atlantic Salmon
Thinly sliced, cold smoked Atlantic salmon served with dill cream cheese, capers, red onions, pickled egg and garlic bruschette. $79.95 serves 20-25.

Mexicali Wings
Dry-rubbed and oven roasted chicken wings finished with a spicy sauce made from Rogue Mexicali Ale and smoking hot chipotle and Habanero peppers. Served with celery and dill-bleu cheese dressing.

Smoked Sausage Platter
German Landjeager and Knackwurst, Polish Kielbasa and Spanish Chorizo sausages served cold with whole grain Dijon mustard. $39.95 (6lbs.) serves 20-25.

Gourmet Cheese Platter
A selection of six gourmet cheeses; Grand Cru Gruyere Reserve, Vintage Van Gogh, MezzaLuna Fontina, Red Spruce 4 year Cheddar, Creamy Havarti and Maytag Bleu. $89.95 (3lbs) serves 20-25.

Bruschetta Platter
Fresh roma tomatoes, basil, roasted red peppers and marinated fresh mozzarella cheese served with garlic bruschette. $29.95 serves 10-15.

Hummus Platter
House made garlic hummus served with crispy pita chips, cucumbers, feta and olives. $29.95 serves 10-15

Crispy Asparagus with Asiago wrapped in Phyllo
Carefully selected asparagus tips combined with a seasonal blend of Sharp Asiago cheese and a hint of creamy Fontina cheese are delicately wrapped in a flaky phyllo dough wrapper. Served in a chafing dish.

Antipasto Skewer
A delicious cold hors d’oeuvre made with a colorful arrangement of mozzarella cheese, chunks of sun dried tomatoes, a wedge of tender artichoke heart, and a Kalamata olive brushed with Italian dressing on a six inch skewer.
