Afton Mountain Gewürztraminer- Afton VA- As the German word "Gewurz" suggests, this is a spicy and aromatic wine that is excellent with spicy dishes and seafood. The vintage is a crisp, dry white wine with a floral nose and spiciness typical of this grape
Autumn Hill Chardonnay - Stanardsville VA- A fresh, flavorful dry white wine bottled in a chablis style (not oaked). This wine is light and delicate on the palate and has a refreshing finish.
Blenheim Star Chardonnay- Charlottesville VA- This wine exhibits soft aromas of lemon and lightly toasted oak. Nice mineral notes and tangy acidity finish with a well-rounded, creamy texture. Blend of Chardonnay from three Virginia vineyards.
Burnley Riesling- Barboursville VA- A medium dry wine with tropical fruit flavors. This wine is made in a Germanic style. Fermented as cold as possible and after fermentation unfermented Riesling grape juice is added to enhance the fruit flavors and add natural sweetness to the wine. 2% Residual Sugar
Clos Robert- Chardonnay 2005- California… Aromas of ripe Chardonnay fruits, peach blossoms, and delicate oak. It’s mouth filling, showing complexity in green apple and apricot flavors, soft yet balanced on the palate- A true, rich Burgundian-Style Chardonnay.
Lucashof- Riesling 2006- Germany… Bright attractive aromas of ripe pears and melons, with just a nip of sweetness but yielding to a drier finish on the end. A full-bodied Riesling with the delicacy and mineral acidity for which Germany’s classic grape is known.
La Crai, Vouvray 2004- France...100% Chenin Blanc grape. La Craie-"chalk" in french, for the abundance of soft white rock found where grapes grow- Glazed peach, white flowers and figs are the main aromatic componants with a touch of minerality that brings a sense of terroir. the lacey finish has great richness, and excellent crisp purity.
Salmon Creek- Pinot Grigio 2005- California… Tart, lemony aromas, pineapple and lime flavors, dry crisp and clean with hints of hazelnut. Great as an aperitif or with mild fish.
Santa Ema-Chardonnay 2004-Chili...A perfect balance of tropical fruit and acidity make this a fresh, full wine with a long pleasant finish. An elegant, complex wine with light notes of toast and vanilla.
Schug- Chardonnay 2006- Sonoma Carneros, California… This is a wine with the powerful elegance of the finest white Burgundy. It has a ripe, spicy tropical bouquet with flavors that suggest pear, apple-butter and vanilla. Creamy and toasty notes are framed with well-balanced acidity making it an excellent wine with food.

IBY Zweigelt Classic- 2005- Austria... Rich in color, with a nose of cherries and young fruit. This traditional Zweigelt is dry with a mild acidity and soft tannins, yet full bodied with a smooth and harmonious finish.
Il Bastardo- Sangiovese- Italy ... Darl ruby red color. Aromatic nose, with black berry and cherry aromas and flavors. On the palate it is medium bodied with good tannins and an overall Chianit-like fruit finish.
Raymond- Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2003- Napa Valley, California… Aromas of ripe blackberries and violets are present in the perfumed boughquet of this wine, one of California’s most prized cabs. Showing the briary, dusty notes in the body typical of Rutherford/St. Helena Cabernet, it is rich and full in the mouth, with a smooth, powerful and intriguing finish.
